Paneer Spindles Recipe

These Paneer Spindles are quick and easy to make, and so delicious that you'll end up cooking them every day!
 
Ingredients:
1l Water
200ml oil
300g noodles
200g paneer
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
1/2 cup cornflour
Oil, as needed
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp green chillies
1/2 cup capsicum
1 cup spring onion
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp soy sauce
 
Method:
Boil the noodles in water and oil until done.
Place the paneer in a large bowl, and add soy sauce and green chilli sauce.
Mix well and set aside.
Coat the boiled noodles with cornflour and water, and spread on a flat surface.
Roll the paneer with the noodles to form spindles.
Deep fry the paneer noodle spindles and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, and add garlic, ginger, green chillies, capsicum and spring onions.
Mix well, and add salt, Schezwan sauce, water, soy sauce and mix well.
Place the paneer spindles in a plate, and pour the tadka on top.
