Paneer Kundan Kaliya is a unique Indian curry that combines the flavours of Indian spices and paneer with the fragrance of rose petals. It's just the dish you need to feast on today!
 
Ingredients:
200g paneer
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
2 tbsp ghee
2 bay leaves
10 cloves
4 cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1 cup onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup rose petals
1 cup tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 cup curd
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves
 
Method:
Place the paneer in a bowl and add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Mix well, and fry the paneer in oil. Set it aside for later.
Heat ghee in a pan, and add bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds and saute.
Now add the onions and saute.
Once the onions turn brown, add ginger garlic paste, rose petals and saute.
Add tomato, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, and fry.
Now add curd and mix quickly. 
Once the curd leaves oil, add the water and paneer and mix well.
Now add the fresh cream and garam masala, and cook until done.
Serve hot with a generous garnish of coriander leaves.
