Ingredients:
1 CUP SOAKED CHANA DAL
250G BOTTLE GOURD
50ML WATER
2 TBSP OIL
1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
1/4 TSP HING
1 CUP ONIONS
1 TBSP GREEN CHILLIES
1/2 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
30G PANEER
1/2 TSP SALT
1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASALA
1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
Oil, as needed
Chaat masala
 
Method:
Place the lauki and soaked chana dal in a pressure cooker.
Add water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Drain the lauki and chana.
Heat oil in a pan, and add cumin seeds, hing, and the lauki-chana.
Mix well and mash. Stir fry the mix until dry.
Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, and mix well.
Transfer into a bowl and add onions, coriander leaves, grated paneer and mix again.
Make small tikkis with this mix.
Heat oil in  a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until crispy on the outside.
