Egg Malai Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
 
1 CUP ONIONS
8-10 GARLIC CLOVES
1 SMALL GINGER
3 EGGS
1/2 TSP SALT
1 TSP OIL
2 TBSP NUTRELA SOYABEAN OIL
1 BAY LEAF
1 BLACK CARDAMOM
1 CINNAMON STICK
2 GREEN CARDAMOMS
8-10 BLACK PEPPERCORNS
4 CLOVES
2 GREEN CHILLIES
1 CUP TOMATO PUREE
1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
1 CUP COCONUT MILK 
1 CUP WATER
1 TSP KASOORI METHI
 
Method:
 
In a grinder add onion, ginger & garlic. Grind them to a fine paste.
To make omelette take 3 eggs and add salt. Mix it well.
Take a pan add oil and pour the egg to make an omelette. Roll it on the pan and add more egg batter to make an omelette and roll it again. repeat it 2-3 time. Your omelette will be thicket . Cut them into pieces and keep it aside.
  To make curry
in a pan add oil and let it heat. Then add bay leaf, black cardamoms, green cardamoms, black pepper, cloves, green chilli. Saute them foe a min.
Then add the onion paste to it. Saute the,m for 2-3 min.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & salt to taste. Mix it well. 
Then add coconut milk & water as needed. Cover and cook for 10 min. At last add the omelette pieces & kasoori methi and mix it. 
 
Serve it hot !
