Chicken Kabiraji is a crispy, crunchy and meaty Bengali street food or snack that goes perfectly with your evening cup of tea or coffee. 
 
Ingredients:
400ml Oil
6 chicken breasts
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup cornflour
3 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
 
Method:
Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices and place them in a large bowl.
Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, garam masala, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
Coat the chicken with cornflour, then whisked eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs. 
Deep fry the Kabiraji in oil, then serve hot with fresh salad, chaat masala and a cup of tea or coffee.
